A deliberately small team around an outsourced operating core, with financial controls in place from day one.
Sebastian founded Kilde Kokosvann to close a gap he experienced first-hand: Norway has Europe’s strongest training, sauna and outdoor culture — and pays the continent’s highest prices for natural hydration. KILDE is his answer: a Norwegian brand, built on Norwegian trust in water from the source, supplied by an asset-light chain he can run with discipline.
He leads strategy, supplier and 3PL contracts, cash management, outlet sales in phase 2 and the retail negotiation in phase 3.
His strength is commercial execution close to the customer: supplier qualification, the DTC and outlet build, and the discipline of the published financial model are founder-led. The long-term ambition is explicit — make KILDE the Nordic region’s recovery brand. Full curriculum vitae available in the data room.
